Custom and Personalized Products

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding custom orders:

Non-Returnable Custom Items

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for you based on the information and specifications you provide. As such, these items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • There is a defect in materials or craftsmanship
  • The item received differs significantly from the approved design proof
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • We made an error in producing your order

It is essential that you carefully review all proofs and approve the final design before production begins. Once you have approved the design and production has started, we cannot make changes or issue refunds for design elements you approved.

Design Approval Process

Before we begin production on any custom order, you will receive a digital proof for your review. This proof will show the layout, text, colors, and design elements of your product. Please review this proof carefully and check for:

  • Correct spelling of all names and text
  • Accurate dates and times
  • Proper addresses and contact information
  • Color accuracy as displayed on your monitor
  • Overall layout and design elements

Your approval of the proof indicates that you accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information. We recommend having another person review the proof as well, as a fresh set of eyes can often catch errors that might otherwise be missed.

Ready-Made Products

For non-personalized, ready-made products purchased from our collection:

Return Window

We accept returns of unused, undamaged ready-made products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all materials included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization
  • Provide your order number and reason for the return
  • Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item to the address provided
  • Retain your shipping receipt and tracking information

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders, but we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue
  • Provide clear photographs showing the damage or defect
  • Keep all packaging materials as they may be needed for a shipping claim
  • Do not attempt to use or repair the damaged item

Once we receive your photos and information, we will assess the situation and provide a resolution. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the damaged items at no additional cost
  • A partial refund for minor defects
  • A full refund if replacement is not possible

We will cover the shipping costs for replacement items when the damage or defect is our responsibility.

Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy depends on the status of your order:

Before Design Work Begins

If you need to cancel before any design work has been started, you may request a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

During Design Phase

If design work has begun but production has not started, we may offer a partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. A minimum design fee may be retained to cover the work already performed.

After Production Begins

Once production has begun on your order, cancellation is generally not possible, and refunds cannot be issued. This is because custom products cannot be resold to other customers.

Refund Process

When a refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note:

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
  • We will send you an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a ready-made product for a different item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The exchange process follows similar guidelines as returns:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • You may be responsible for any price difference between items
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error

International Orders

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes on returned items
  • International returns may take longer to process
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
